No fading, rust, splinters or painting Heavy-duty high density polyethylene plastic stake holder has space to hold an 18" x 24" real estate sign along and/or 6" x 24" sign riders. Top of the bar has multiple screw holes in order to screw the base of your sign to the cross arm.
