Black Powdercoated Steel Frames with bottom sign rider for real estate agents. This package comes priced with the frame and custom 18" x 24" double sided coroplast sign panel. Frame has a sign rider slot at the bottom. Custom printed 6" x 24" 2 sided sign rider can be added for a small fee.
If you are a new real estate agent or need an affordable yard sign package, this is the kit for you!

Includes:

Black Powder Coated Angle Iron Frame: Holds 18x24 sign and 6x24 sign rider.
Coroplast 18" x 24", 2 sided full color sign.

Add on options for a small fee:

A 6" x 24" custom full color sign rider + $4.00ea.

Logos/Artwork: Send us a fully designed sign or let our graphic department send you proofs based on your logo and/or sign requirements.
Once order is placed, reply to the order confirmation email and attach your artwork.
*We can design your sign based on submitted elements for a nominal fee of $45 (1 hour of design work).*
File Formats: .tif, .jpg, .png, .pdf, .eps .ai - Vector format preferred or please make sure your file is a minimum of 150 DPI (dots per inch) at full sign size.
Production Time: Normal production time is 3 - 5 business days. Please let us know if you need expedited production. We can get signs shipped next day as long as final artwork is approved before 1pm, EST.
