This 20' x 30' Fade-Resistant US Flag is made from heavyweight two-ply polyester designed to resist fading and wear that is including sewn stripes and embroidered stars with a professional applique finish. A sturdy nylon rope header and galvanized metal thimbles ensure easy and secure hoisting. Ideal for long-term outdoor use in any climate. Proudly made in the USA.

2 Ply Polyester

These flags are expertly crafted using heavyweight two-ply polyester bunting, specifically treated to resist sun and chemical deterioration. They are perfect for high wind areas.

Strong White Headers

All of our flags are finished with heavy-duty, no-shrink white header material for the strongest headers in the industry. Our header is heavy white polyester canvas that is folded over the flag material, then double lock-stitched for added durability.

Fully Sewn Stripes

Each stripe is cut into strips then sewn with two rows of stitching per seam. This process helps increase the flag life.

Embroidered Stars

Beautifully embroidered snow-white stars are standard on all flags (except Nyl-Brite™ and Sun-Brite™ Flags) through sizes 8' x 12'.

Rope and Thimble

Flags 8' x 12' and larger (except Nyl-Brite™ Flags) are finished with super-strong nylon rope sewn into the header with galvanized metal thimbles securely attached.

Appliqued Stars

Flags larger than 8' x 12' have opaque nylon white stars (except Nyl-Brite™ Flags) with zig-zag stitching throughout. Appliqued stars are securely fastened with two rows of stitching.
