  2. Security Nameplates:Plates are engraved with your copy and permanently applied for a complete security solution. (Nameplates WILL NOT be made unless YES is selected in the "Security Nameplate" drop down box below)
    1. Choice of Black w/ white engraving or Silver w/ black engraving
    2. Up to 2 lines of Identification Copy - 20 characters/spaces per line

please explain to me when you enter the FIVE digit number WHY if you put those
FIVE digits in ANY order does the cover open     that just seem WRONG   ??   please advise
