18" x 30" Custom Aluminum Signs

Our custom aluminum signs are 3mm (.118") thick, lightweight and high strength. Our aluminum composite (ePanel TM) is made of 2 aluminum sheets, bonded to a rigid polyethylene core. The sheets are painted white offering great detail to your custom design. Excellent resistance to the elements for outdoor or indoor signage. This material is great for hanging on posts, bolting to angle iron/u-channel posts, or mounting inside of metal sign frames.

Holes (optional): Aluminum Signs get holes drilled vs grommets. Select from various standard positions or write in a custom dimension in Comments Field.
Printing: 2 sided in full color CMYK with UV-cured inks and a UV gloss liquid protective coating that resists scratches, fading and weather. Rated for outdoor use in the elements. Outdoor life depends on sun exposure and climate, and constant direct sun or extreme heat will gradually fade any print. Pantone (PMS) color matching is not available on CMYK printed signs.
Logos/Artwork: Send us a fully designed sign or let our graphic department send you proofs based on your logo and/or sign requirements. No charge for sign creation unless it involves recreating a complex logo. Once order is placed, reply to the order confirmation email and attach your artwork.File Formats: .tif, .jpg, .png, .pdf, .eps - please make sure your file is a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch)
Production Time: Normal production time is 3 - 7 business days. Please let us know if you need expedited production. We can get signs shipped next day as long as final artwork is approved before 1pm, EST.
