This vinyl corner frame holds two sign panels at a 90 degree angle on three 4" square white vinyl posts, so one installation can face two directions. Two top T-rails and two bottom rails hold the panels, and the whole frame is custom built to the panel sizes you order. It is a permanent post and panel sign frame for businesses, property managers, schools, churches, and real estate. Also available in khaki.
This product does not include the sign panels. Frames are priced by panel size, and the panel size and the visible area are not the same, so see the visible area notes below.

Sign Panel Size vs. Visible Area
The panel size and the visible area are not the same. Part of each panel sits behind the rails and posts, so the visible area is smaller than the panel you order.
- Visible height = panel height minus 3" (1.75" for the top T-rail and 1.25" for the bottom rail).
- Visible width = panel width minus 4" (2" behind each post).
- These measurements are the same for both panels.
Keep your logo and text inside the visible area. Do not add material to compensate: the panels stay at the sizes you order.
Installation
Direct burial of posts longer than 8' is not recommended. For a 10' frame, choose the 10' option with 2' post extensions. Call 811 before you dig so underground lines are marked.

How soon can this ship?
- These are fabricated on order. Please allow 2-3 business days before shipping. Ground shipping times are 2-4 business days after fabrication.

- No. This product is the frame only. The substrate is not included.
How much of each panel is visible?
- The panel size and the visible area are not the same. You lose 3" of height and 4" of width on each panel: 1.75" for the top T-rail, 1.25" for the bottom rail, and 2" for each post.
Can I add stakes?
- Yes. GroundBreaker Heavy Duty Stakes are available as an option. If you choose a 72" high panel, stakes can only be selected with a post height of 8' or longer.
Can I bury posts taller than 8' directly in the ground?
- Direct burial of posts longer than 8' is not recommended. For a 10' frame, choose the 10' option with 2' post extensions, which set 2' into the ground in concrete and 2' up into the post, so the whole order still ships by ground. You can also use a wooden 4" x 4" post 42" long buried 21" into the ground.
