Single Panel Multi Sign Architectural Frame System
The Single Panel Multi Sign Architectural Frame System puts two aluminum frames on one pair of posts: a main sign on top and a second message below it, such as hours, a phone number, or "Now Leasing". Each frame holds one panel, printed on one or two sides, and either panel comes out with a screwdriver by removing the top cap, so a message changes without touching the posts. The frames are manufactured from aluminum with a durable powder-coated finish and are custom built to the sizes of your two panels.

This product does not include the sign panel.

Sign Panel Size vs. Visible Area
Each frame covers about 3/4" of its panel on every edge, so the visible area of each panel is about 1.5" narrower and 1.5" shorter than the panel you order. Your panels are still made at the full sizes you order.
- Visible height = panel height minus about 1.5" (3/4" behind the top cap and 3/4" behind the bottom rail of each frame).
- Visible width = panel width minus about 1.5" (3/4" behind each side).
- A 24" H x 36" W top panel shows about 22.5" H x 34.5" W. A 12" H x 36" W bottom panel shows about 10.5" H x 34.5" W.
Keep your logo, text, and phone number inside the visible area of each panel. Do not add material to compensate: the panels stay at the sizes you order.
Installation
- Direct burial: set the posts at least 2' into the ground and secure them with concrete. This is the recommended method for a permanent installation.
- Post extensions (10' option): the 2' aluminum extensions set 2' into the ground in concrete and 2' up into the post, so an 8' post stands 8' above grade and the whole order still ships by ground. Sold as a set of 2 and included with the 10' post height option.
Panel Mounting Detail
Each panel slides into its frame channel, the top cap presses down to lock it in place, and two screws secure the cap. Removing the cap with a screwdriver is all it takes to swap a panel.

How soon can this ship?
- These are fabricated on order. Please allow 2-3 business days before shipping. Ground shipping times are 2-4 business days after fabrication.
How is this different from the Single Panel Architectural Frame and the Double Panel Multi Sign frame?
- The Single Panel Architectural Frame has one frame and one panel. This Multi Sign version stacks two frames on the same posts, a main sign on top and a second message below. The Double Panel Multi Sign version has the same two frames but takes two panels in each, one facing each way, for a sign that reads from both sides.
Where can I get custom signs for this frame?
Where can I get a 48" or wider sign?
- We recommend finding a local sign manufacturer for signs of this size. This is because 48" wide signage must be shipped freight and would carry a $250-$350 shipping charge.
