Sign Panel Size vs. Visible Area

The panel size and the visible area are not the same. The frame holds the panel by its edges, so part of the panel sits inside the post and rail system and does not show. Your panel is still made at the full Panel Size you order.

Visible area diagram for the aluminum sign frame: 0.5 inch of height hidden behind the rail at the top and at the bottom, 0.25 inch of width hidden behind the post on each side

On the diagram, blue is the rails across the top and bottom (0.5" each) and gray is the posts on the left and right (0.25" each).

Visible height = panel height minus 1" (0.5" sits behind the rail at the top and 0.5" behind the rail at the bottom).
Visible width = panel width minus 0.5" (0.25" sits behind each post, left and right).
A 24" H x 24" W panel shows 23" H x 23.5" W. A 36" H x 36" W panel shows 35" H x 35.5" W.
Riders use the same math as the main panel.

Keep your logo, text, and phone number inside the visible area. Do not add material to compensate: the panel stays at the Panel Size you order.

Whether for residential or commercial listings, this premium frame delivers professional-grade durability with user-friendly assembly
