I understand that higher quantities of certain products may take longer to stock/ship. However, a lack of communication (or radio silence in this case) makes it extremely difficult to fulfill client expectations on my end. After calling Sanzo several times to check on this order, I was told each time that I would be called or emailed back with an update. I did not receive any of the promised phone calls or emails. Finally, while that was taking place, half of my order arrived. I have no clue when the rest of my order will arrive.
