How do I return an item?

STOCK ITEMS
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund, exchange, or return non-personalized items. Once items are received, we will gladly process a refund or exchange.

Items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition." Definition of new, unaltered, and unused condition is:

  • -Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
  • -Within 30 days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed).
  • -Must not be a special order or a custom order.
  • Return shipping labels are provided if Sanzo Specialties is at fault. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We can offer a discounted return shipping label on request, and the refund amount will be the item cost less the discounted shipping fee for the label.


If a stock item is received damaged or is incorrect, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective on arrival or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.


PERSONALIZED ITEMS
We encourage customers to request an Email Proof. This way, the personalization can be viewed exactly as it will be printed.

Full Refunds can be granted during the proof period. If the proof is not approved by the customer or the approved order has not been produced, we can refund the full amount.

Custom imprinted and engraved products produced without errors are non-returnable. If Sanzo Specialties makes an error on the imprint or an error on the product, we will reproduce the order.


Sales receipt or order number must accompany returns.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs if the seller is not at fault. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
