How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:
STOCK ITEMS

Customers have 14 business days from date of receipt to request a refund, exchange or return non-personalized items. Once items are received, we will gladly process a refund or exchange.

Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• within 14 business days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed)
• must not be a special order or a custom order

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective on arrival or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Return shipping label provided if Sanzo Specialties is at fault.  Otherwise customer is responsible for return shipping for 100% product credit, less shipping cost


PERSONALIZED ITEMS

We encourage customers to request a Proof via email.  This way the personalization can be viewed exactly as it will be printed.  

Full Refunds can be granted during the proof period.  If the personalization is not accepted by the customer, we can refund the full amount.

Custom imprinted and engraved products produced without errors are non-returnable. If Sanzo Specialties makes an error on the imprint or an error on the product, we will reproduce the order. 


Sales receipt or order number must accompany returns.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs if seller is not at fault. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
