Back in April I posted a review because my order had been backordered. I just wanted to update the service that was provided to me. I spoke with Nate & Ro regarding the issue and they were more than happy to rectify the situation promptly and give me a partial refund. They were very accommodating and helped resolve the issue very quickly. They are great to work with and I would highly recommend their services to any business. Thank you.

There's so many pluses in using Sanzo Specialties. My key tags came out exactly as designed.  The price was wonderful. The service was spot on.  Communications were perfect.  I would use Sanzo again in a heartbeat. 👍

When I ordered the OUTDOOR BROCHURE BOX ON A STAKE and paid for 3-day shipping and it took a week to arrive, They promptly and happily refunded me the shipping difference.  I would most definitely use them and recommend them to my colleagues.
