No fading, rust, splinters or painting Heavy-duty high density polyethylene plastic frame has space to hold an 18" x 24" real estate sign along with a 6" x 24" sign rider. Lipped channels make insertion easy and hold both your sign and rider securely in place, plus screw holes for permanent mounting
