Shipping Policy

We ship from multiple warehouses across the country, so the shipping origin and transit time depend on the item you order. Ground transit times can vary based on the item's warehouse location and your location, but are generally 2 to 6 business days within the continental US.

Production time for personalized items

Personalized items each have their own production time, which begins after you approve your proof. Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your item is produced, it ships by the method you selected at checkout.

Stock items

Stock (non-personalized) items ship without production time, usually within 1 business day unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Carriers and service levels

We ship by UPS, FedEx, and USPS, with service levels ranging from Economy to Next Day. The exact methods and rates available for your order are quoted on the Shopping Cart page once your items and shipping address are entered.

Expedited services

Expedited services (such as 2 Day and Next Day) count and deliver on business days only. They do not count weekends or holidays. Ground service can count weekends and may be faster for residential deliveries.

Transit time

Transit time begins once your order leaves the warehouse, not when the order is placed. For a personalized item, add its production time to the transit time to estimate your in-hand date.
