1. Combination Setting: At a charge of $1.00 per lock box we will set your shackle combinations for you which will automatically set the key compartment door code. Select YES in the "Set Combination" field below to have us set your combinations for you. Then enter desired combination in field below. If you prefer multiple combinations, separate each combination in field below by commas. Shurlok™ can have any 4-digit combination of numbers 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0. Each lock box will come with a combination identification tag attached for your reference.
2. Security Nameplates: Plates are engraved with your copy and permanently applied for a complete security solution. (Nameplates WILL NOT be made unless "YES" is selected in the "Security Nameplate" drop down box below)
   1. Choice of Black w/ white engraving or Silver w/ black engraving
   Up to 2 lines of Identification Copy - 20 characters/spaces per line.
